These simple brownie fudge bites are one to make the taste buds dance!
They’re RAW + VEGAN + PALEO + SUPER YUMMY
1 cup raw almond butter
½ cup raw cacao
¼ cup mesquite
¼ cup maple syrup (or honey, rice malt syrup, coconut nectar)
1/3 cup coconut milk
¼ cup coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch Celtic sea salt
cacao nibs to finish
1. Simply combine all ingredients in the food processor until smooth (if you don’t have a food processor, a mixing bowl, wooden spoon and some elbow grease is just as fine!)
2. Line a tin with baking paper, spoon in mixture evenly, sprinkle with cacao nibs
3. Pop in the freezer for a couple of hours
4. Cut into bite size squares and ENJOY!
Store in fridge/freezer in an air-tight container
