Peanut butter choc chip cookies (Makes 16)

Ingredients:

125g melted butter/gee
  Monday Food Co Paleo Flour Mix
½ gluten-free oats
½ cup of peanuts
¼ cup of coconut sugar
½ cup vegan sugar-free chocolate chips
2 tbsp vegan milk
pinch of salt

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a dough mixture forms. Separate into 16 small balls, then press with a fork and bake at 180° for 20-30mins.
