Mini Pancakes recipe
Posted by Belinda Sutton onRise and shine, it's pancake time! Here's a fun and easy little recipe that the kids will love!
You will need:
- The Monday Food Pancake Mix
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
Method:
1. Empty contents of pancake mix in a large mixing bowl
2. In a separate bowl, mix in the wet ingredients and transfer to the pancake mixture bowl
3. Mix in all ingredients
4. Heat up a saucepan and use either spray or melted butter
5. Measure out ¾ of a Tbsp of batter and cook the pancakes on both sides
6. Enjoy with your favourite toppings
