Shipping, Returns & Privacy
Shipping Policy
We use a flat shipping rate of $15 per order for QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC customers. For all other areas of Australia, the shipping fees will vary per location.
We aim to try and send you your precious Monday Food Co order within 3 working days.
We love the weekends too: Orders placed outside of business hours or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.
As we are based in NSW delivery to other states may take up to 5 business days depending on the location and for WA, remote and regional areas please expect longer delivery times of up to 10 business days.
Just contact us at info@themondayfoodco.com if you are experiencing longer delays than normal and we’ll let you know where things are at.
Please be aware that products containing chocolate chips may melt in transit to you. This is rare and we really hope it doesn’t happen. Unfortunately, this is out of our control (we take all the necessary precautions in our air-conditioned warehouse) and unavoidable due to the lovely climate we live in so we cannot offer a refund in these circumstances. However, in the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately we don't offer returns on a 'change of mind' basis (not that you will!)
However if you do receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact:
info@themondayfoodco.com within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.

Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed.
Any information you give to The Monday Food Co will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
