Paleo Chia Bowl with Granola

Take a look at this most simple, delicious and nourishing Chia Bowl Recipe, Pack with goodness and so super easy to whip up.

Ingredients:

    • 2 tbsp chia seeds
    • 125ml coconut milk or other milk alternative
    • 2 tsp of keto maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (optional)
    • The Monday Food Co Granola of your choice
    • fruit, such as berries, banana, kiwis or mango, to serve

What you'll do

    1. Combine the chia seeds, milk and 2 tsp maple syrup in a jar or bowl. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 8 hrs.
    2. When ready to serve, top with granola, fruit and a drizzle of keto maple syrup or sweetener of your choice.
    3. Enjoy!
