Paleo Chia Bowl with Granola

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 125ml coconut milk or other milk alternative
- 2 tsp of keto maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (optional)
- The Monday Food Co Granola of your choice
- fruit, such as berries, banana, kiwis or mango, to serve
What you'll do
- Combine the chia seeds, milk and 2 tsp maple syrup in a jar or bowl. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 8 hrs.
- When ready to serve, top with granola, fruit and a drizzle of keto maple syrup or sweetener of your choice.
- Enjoy!
